Under the WorldRes Prepaid Deposit Program, WorldRes will charge the consumer a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is equal to the commission due from the property to WorldRes for the booking. The property is responsible for collecting the balance of the roomstay from the guest. After the transaction, there are no payments or financial liability between WorldRes and the property, thus no reconciliation or accounting is necessary.
Requirements
- Internet access to update rates, availability, content and receive online reservation confirmations.
- At least one exterior photograph of your property in electronic format (JPEG).
- Your property is responsible for updating rates, availability and booking content in the WorldRes system.
- Your property must honor all online reservations. Reservations made via the WorldRes network are confirmed reservations based on rates and availability in the WorldRes Administration System (you are responsible for updating inventory).
WorldRes Electronic Distribution is available only to properties that charge guests in Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Danish Krone, Euro, Great Britain Pound, Norwegian Krone, Swedish Krona, Swiss Franc, US Dollar.
